shoulder injury and repair

Ken...(whose book and tape I have devoured), thanks much for the breakdown of 'the power position'! What a great check on oneself, and novices. What about rehab? Would you suggest exercises, and routine,
for strengthening the generally affected muscles (mine are the scalene, and prob deltoid?) Sore, most of the time. Get better when I 'rubber band' work out, but, how much? Also plank, body ball rotations, and balance, etc. I did roll well, to the right anyway. 10 for 10 in the pool. But with now vulnerable shoulder (I think from carrying boats up steep hill from river, as much from 'digging down' in roll) (I'm older), I think I favor that arm so don't sweep well, and thus dig down, and so my roll has gone to hell. 1 for 3, and then I quit. "Speed roll" seems to be the one that works, I think because enough forward momentum to compensate the flawed sweep.
So, let's talk repair--anyone?--and strengthening, and what to do about my deteriorating roll!
2) Anyone know any 'rules' for kayak polo? Can't find on web.
