Primitive canoe and kayak launch on the SE side of the bridge approach. Easy access to the Upper and Lower Lakes. To paddle south of the S.R. 72 Bridge a Wilderness Permit is required, which you can get at the park entrance station when entering the park. There is abundant wildlife especially duirng the spring and fall migrations. Easy place to find alligators.
