Great city flat water tour. It is free to go through the locks and it is a fun adventure. The operators are friendly. Just stay back from the gates, wait for the green lights to enter and go where the operator tells you to go. Let the bigger boats go in ahead of you. There are ropes on the walls to hang onto when they are filling up. They are just so the water doesn't make you drift all over or get turned around. Tourists will be taking your picture. Everyone wants to talk and be friendly.
