Of interest, also, are two "consensus" paddles which result from best fit of all offsets, and a section on the evolution of designs. A great addition to my library along with his previous book on Canoe Paddles: A Complete Guide to Making Your Own. Format is about 6 by 8.25 inches, plastic encased covers, spiral bound, 200 pages, easy to pack, easy to read.
