The skins presentation shows muscle engagements and skeletal alignments for body mechanics. The race footage, (GCR 70 ~2005 &4 min.mixed nationals~2004,)show pace and form. This is a hand held video production by professional canoe racers. The information and enthusiastic presentation has moved my stroke forward, up, down and over, all good.
