I bought my Frenzy about 4 month's ago and have been out on it about 2 dozen times in both fresh and salt water. It is pretty stable and I can maintain a pace of about 4 to 5 miles an hour while rowing. It track's well and turn's alright about 3 strokes for a 180 turn. The longest I've paddled is about 5 miles with no problems. We stop at a lot of secluded beaches to explore (I live in the San Juan's) and because the Frenzy only displaces about 7 inches of water for me (5' 10" 215), I can paddle right up to the shore, stand up and walk up to the beach. Try doing that in a sit in kayak

I've got 3 buddies 2 of whom have now bought Frenzy's, the other bought a Malibu Two because his wife wanted a tandem. Your butt will get wet from the two scupper holes underneath you although I've never gotten cold from the 45 degree Puget Sound water for two reason's I have a padded seat and a 3/4 inch foam rubber gardening mat both highly recommended this also helps in eliminating sore backs. All in all if you want to get an all purpose kayak that won't break the bank go with the Frenzy, Happy Paddling!!!
