Submitted: 12-04-1999 by JPB I just found out about MTI which is located in the Northeast (MA I believe). They make lifejackets, paddling jackets, wetsuits, and throwbags. I got their Premier Jacket and the Psycho for way less than any competitor. They are great jackets. All are made very well and look like they will last a long time also. I don't know many people who sell their stuff but if you can find it - get it.1
