I'm a river guide, leading trips on nearly 30 rivers in north Florida. Three quarters of my kayaks are Pungos. People love them. Their stability and tracking makes them great for first-timers. The large cock pit makes them great for fishing, exploring or any other activity that has you in and out of your boat a lot. It also allows you to keep binocs, camera, field guides and anything else you want quick access to right between your legs. No time lost unstrapping. Wanna swim? With very little practice you can slip in and out of your boat easily IN OPEN WATER! Try that with other boats. I'm hooked. |
