Submitted: 05-26-2004 by ckimmerle The Yellowstone Solo is the Royalex version of the Wildfire. Some design modifications were required to compensate for Royalex flexibility, hence the name changle. Mine, though, says Wildfire. In performace, it is very comperable to the Kevlar version. Initial speed and turnability are about the same, but the Kevlar has a bit of advantage in speed retention. I think it's a wonderful boat and a great price. $800 at Piragis.
