Submitted: 12-30-2003 by Tom I have paddled a Solo 14 with the heavier Royalex skin for years and I think it's a fablulous boat. I use a double blade paddle. The boat turns on a dime, tracks well and is as fast as most canoes or kayaks. Plus it holds a ton of gear.
