Submitted: 12-29-2003 by DCS I've had my Loon 138 for 5 years and its a great boat. Its a great boat for rivers and and small streams. Its ok on lakes, but it a A-1 flat-water river boat. Stabilty is very good. Ive stood up in mine and paddled it. Its great boat for camping. Ive had gear packed in from fore to aft including a 5 man tent and a queen size air mattress, camping gear lashed to the decks, and the boat road like a Cadillac in the water.
