Submitted: 06-10-2003 by Paul I recently purchased a use Old Town Camper canoe and have been repeatedly impressed. It is faster than I expected on flat water and has handled moderate (class II) whitewater very well. The flat bottom has actually been a benefit on the often shallow rivers in the area. It handles well solo or well loaded. The Camper has exceeded all of my expectations.
