Submitted: 01-13-2003 by pm_river_rat If you are looking for a fun, cheap, nearly indestructable boat for floating rivers and goofing off around the beach the Otter is a 10. If you are trying to go some distance with anything more than 6 pack it is a poor choice. Short and fat makes it a poor tracker which takes a lot of work to keep going. Overall a good boat for the money but only for kids or beginners.
