It took about 2 months, some time and work on the part of the owner, Charlie, and the Old Town group, but the issue is behind us. MUCH thanks, Charlie for your efforts above and beyond. I would recommend Charlie and his very courteous staff at Windsurfing Sports to anyone considering a watersports purchase for professionalism, topdrawer customer service and results.
