I'm a novice,& when I got my Swifty, it was so much easier to track.It is very stable, roomy-holds binoculars, camera, map, lunch, etc & still comfortable. Easy to carry, fits in my trunk. I'm 52 yrs old, only 5'2" and needed something light I could handle alone. It's perfect for me.
