Submitted: 07-12-2002 by Schamoa I have had my Appalachian for 2 year and it performs exactly as it was intended to. That is to say the best all around canoe you can buy! Though is dosen't perform great on open water with wind, IT WASN'T DESIGNED TO DO THAT . Holding lots of gear and running rivers is what is was bred to do and it does that in style. I love this boat!!!!
