Submitted: 06-21-2002 by rnsparky Purchased a touring TAP Carbon Signature. Paddle has good workmanship and is a great value compared to Warner. No flutter, can grip lightly and get good power to maintain speed. Paddle is so light that only problem I had is gusts of wind can blow it out of my hand. TAP goes together smooth and tight, but separating is an effort each time so far.
