Submitted: 09-06-2001 by SPV I have borrowed a friends Alumacraft Quetico (light Aluminum model) for a number of trips to the BWCA and have also taken an older, heavier Gruman. The Quetico is a lot faster and lighter (64 lb vs 74lb). It was about as stable.
