Submitted: 05-22-2001 by CGUY Rented a 149 several times. Tracks ok. The high deck profile pushes it leeward quite a bit. More than most. Isn't very responsive to rudder until the rudder is turned a lot. Hatches are large and there's a lot of storage space. Difficult to brace and lean. Compared to others in it's class; IE: Perception Carolina, the Carolina is much, much more responsive and better equipped.
