The only drawback is that the high gunwales, which keep you dry in rough stuff, catch the wind in flat stuff. Where do your priorities lie? For white water, or for lake paddling with lots of gear it is a great boat. For solo lake day trips, something that sheds the wind better might be more appealing. |
