Submitted: 11-15-2000 by Jeff After testing a variety kayaks at my local dealers demonstration I selected a Pungo. I use it almost daily in the often turbulent weather and water in the panhandle of Florida. It is easy to get in and out of, it is very stable and tracks well. The cockpit is big enough so you can get air and sun on a nice day and it is easy to put a half skirt on to stay dry in nasty weather. With the price of gasoline like it is my neighbors with expensive power boats are intrigued with my Pungo. I highly recommmend one.
