Submitted: 10-07-2000 by Gary R. I bought a QX600 with a layup of Kevlar and Carbon Fiber. It is very light which is a big plus when loading on an SUV. The boat is impeccably crafted and I concur with all other reviews about handling. With a 21" beam it feels tippy at first but has great secondary stability. I have slightly leaky hatches - nothing much at all. As to the comments from someone else about scratches, the secret is to get a white hull and a colored deck. If you get a colored hull the scratches from beaching will show.
