Submitted: 09-28-2012 by TLH I too have found the rubber substance on the rollers to be deteriorating. It is actually gooey and is sticking to the kayak. Yakima customer service is uncooperative in replacing them. Apparently, the new management has changed their stance and will not stand behind their product. Rack Envy?? More like Rack Ridicule!!!
