I have a Northwest Kayaks Pursuit model, sea kayak, 17.5ft. It has a huge material defect in it's hull. The bottom of the hull looks like a mogul on a ski slope, or waves on the ocean. It's both ugly and it affects the performance. I contacted Northwest Kayaks, and they said they have nothing to do with it (the kayak) because it was made by the previous owner. They were unable/unwilling to offer any help regarding my NWK Pursuit kayak even though their name is on the kayak. Their ads boast about the quality of materials, workmanship, built to last a lifetime, expedition worthy, etc. I have one of their kayaks that contradicts what they say. |
