Submitted: 08-13-2012 by Woody Early this year I bought a carbon fibre Elaho and have paddled it many times in rivers and in small bay chop (sea). Like others have commented, I do find it a bit twitchy if hit by a side chop but so far that hasn't caused any major problems. It is a fast and roomy kayak and fairly comfortable. The seat isn't as good as some I've paddled in but like the stability, so far it hasn't caused any problems.
