I love my Prowler Big Game kayak.
I'm a somewhat big guy at 6'3, 225lbs and this is a very stable platform. I fish out of it regularly and can stand quite easy and paddle or cast. On some forums I have heard people refer to it as slow and a barge. I disagree, maybe slightly more work to paddle, but just as quick as any of my other kayaks that are longer and more narrow. If you don't have to paddle 5 miles each way to your fishing hole I would highly recommend.
Only reason I gave 9 stars is cause everything can be improved. Maybe shaving off a few pounds, hopefully you don't have to transport on a roof of a vehicle. I have a low trailer and it's not a problem. A pickup would be good as well. |
