This is a great canoe. I have a lot of experience with aluminum canoes of old, but this is the 1st composite I have owned. What a difference. Very stable design. paddles very smooth and straight, even when solo. Helps to place some weight in the front when solo. Durable. A little heavy, but able to load and unload on top of an Xterra by myself...not easy but possible. Would recommend to a friend looking to buy one. Bought mainly to fish shallow rocky tailwaters and needed something durable, big enough for a friend or 2 to come along, but small enough to take out on my own. This is perfect for all the above. |
