Submitted: 02-21-2011 by paddletohunt My Willow is kevlar; it is a light canoe and can be difficult to paddle solo in a strong wind. I have used it quite a bit for camping and hunting, so it almost always has some gear in it. This added weight makes it handle a bit better in the wind. Tracks well, easy to carry.
