Submitted: 12-23-2010 by mr I used the Kayak Erg extensively when training for ultra endurance adventure races. I was amazed at how much in improved my strength, technique/stroke. The resistance is very water like and smooth- progressive. If you can't get to the water, or want to supplement your training, this is the best device on the market.
