Submitted: 11-29-2010 by Ed I've owned a Phoenix 140 and 160 for about 4 years, and owned a number of kayaks before that. Sot kayaking is the way my wife and I like to go for ease of exit and entry. The two boats are VERY different and although the 160 is a prize possession, the 140 is the right weight and size for loading and a day of paddling. It is the most forgiving and the one my newbie kayaker friends like the best. Highly recommended.
