The product rates a 9 (one point deducted for the amount of practice it takes to actually get the ties tied and the bag properly situated for "clean" results. The company gets a 3 for failure to ship in a timely manner and complete failure to respond to order status inquiries. The product isn't any good if you can't get it delivered - and considering the price a little customer service is to be expected. |
