Submitted: 08-11-2010 by TAC3 Big plastic Twin. Good fit for 2 large paddlers. Large cockpit with adjustable seat backs, retractable rudder, 8" round front and med oval rear hatch. LOTS of storage. The kayak has a high deck and high combing lip so all but big wind chop will not enter the boat w/o a skirt. Very easy to paddle solo as well. Stability is super and a great boat for new paddlers looking for a lot more performance over SOT twins. The rudder is very effective for turns. Front and rear adjustable foot peddles, rudder active from the rear of course. Oval coming w/thigh braces front and rear, EZ cowboy entry. Plenty of deck lines, no day hatch but lots of room inside for snacks. Both seats have a water bottle holder molded in. Buy them used for a good price and put a twin in your collection. Hydra is out of production.
