I was on the fence between the Tarpon 140 and the Manta Ray 14. I like the hatches on the Tarpon, however when I sat in the Manta seat, it sold me. At 225 pounds, the Manta Ray fits me much better and is everything I expected when taken on the water. This is a great product and will suit me well. I also really like the size of the foot braces and the way you can adjust them. The yak is heavy, but so are the other ones I compared it with. I want to paddle in some wind chop and see how it handles in a light sea state. The Manta Ray 14 is just what I've been looking for, after months of reading and internet searches.
