Submitted: 09-29-2009 by rms This is a special-purpose kayak. It is not as fast and does not track as well as a solid kayak. I bought mine sight-unseen on recommendation of a friend and am delighted with it. It is very light and very easy and quick to set up. It is ideal for boaters and campers and anyone who needs an easily portable kayak, although I would not care to use it in times of high wind, sea or current.
