Submitted: 08-14-2009 by Mike Bought my Patriot yesterday, was in the water a couple hours later for my first time. I loved it. It was easy to get in & out of & very stable. I paddled in a tributary of the Chesapeake Bay. It tracked fine for my first time paddling & what few problems I had will go away with a little more practice. The only weakness I found was the lack of shock cord,but I plan on putting some on myself. Overall a great kayak & I'm sure I will enjoy it for years to come.
