One word describes this canoe; AWESOME. I love mine. I do not understand the "tippy" comments made by other reviewers. This canoe is stable. We both stood up in it, rocked it, and tipped it until water was about to come over the side. You have to try to tip this canoe.
This is the first canoe I have owned and my 10 yr old son and I use it to fish and paddle lakes and rivers (class 2 rapids max.) and we love it. It is very stable, makes a great family canoe, plenty of room, and works great for over-nighters on the river. If you want more room, get the 16 ft. version.
This canoe is awesome. A little heavy, but my son and I can put it in the bed of my truck easily. The "responsiveness" of the canoe is amazing. It will turn on a dime. Very easy to maneuver. I Love This Canoe. |
