Submitted: 06-25-2009 by ED L Part Failures: THIS APPLIES TO A 1990 GREENLAND II ONLY, the new ones have nylon gussets. The seat back and frame gussets on my 1990 were made from a plastic sensitive to bug dope. I hiked out of the BWCA on a ski trail after my gussets started cracking. On a guess, I sprayed bug dope on a gusset - it ate a 1" hole thru the gusset in less than a 1/2 hour. FolBot replaced the frame.
