Purchased this in the early fall from Dicks' which was running a special sale for $399. Manager gave me an additional $50 off because I noticed some scratches on the hull and gunwales. Handles wonderfully in the lake we have out back. Appears to be very stable with the wife up front and myself in the rear seat. Also drilled some holes in the middle seat and added a Sitbacker style seat for when I'm in the canoe alone. Handles wonderfully whether solo or tandem. Wife only felt safe in our old Scanoe from Coleman before we bought this for my birthday. Now she loves being in this new one. Is very steady for recreational use on our stillwater. Would definitely purchase this again. |
