This kayak is stable enough for a new paddler and yet has a nice turn of speed and responds to a more experienced hand. The skeg helps her track well and lifting it allows the paddler to carve through a narrow twisty creek with ease. The seat is comfortable for me. A nice discontinued kayak that should be a good buy to someone looking for a mid size recreational kayak.
