Submitted: 08-08-2007 by B. J. M. I bought my Dirigo 120 3 months ago. It is a good boat but it is heavy. We usually canoe rivers and on slow moving rivers it takes a lot of effort to stay up with a Old Town Penobscot 16ft canoe. On rapids that are shallow, it is not a good boat. But on swift deep water it is a nice boat. I would never get another one.
