Have had this boat out now several times in rivers and enjoy it a great deal.
The Sprint is a lively kayak. It tracks nicely and is very responsive. When using the knee braces it goes precisely where you want it to with little effort. At 50 lbs it is also quite easy for one person to cartop.
I also have an Old Town Rush that is 38lbs. but I find the Sprint easier to carry for some reason.
Overall, this a great kayak that you can grow quite a ways with. |
