My first kayak....it does it all.
I test paddled many kayaks, and the Pungo was a "do-it-all" option. It is got to be one of the fastest 12' rec kayaks out there. My wife loves the open cockpit, and I could trust my nieces to paddle it with no problem. It even carries my 70lb German Shepherd dog for slow calm water paddles. I can lift it myself and the seat is a dream! Great initial and secondary stability, and it tracks very straight. (P.S. I test paddled more than 10 kayaks from 9.9' to 16' before picking this one)
