Submitted: 04-16-2007 by flightjacket2 Exrasport Retroglide Sabre - low marks for customer service. I lost ONE plastic grommet and Extrasport's repair company would only deal with me if I SHIPPED the vest to them. They would not let me buy a plastic replacement grommet. Kudos to REI -- they called all over the US to find the PFD and replaced it - although I still had to pay $6 for shipping. Extrasport's customer service is awful. |
