Fast, stable and very dry. Handles large powerboat chop quite well. At 87lbs, somewhat heavy to load on a vehicle, if no trailer. Electric trolling motor and Optima battery work great. Molded seats with inside storage are terrific. I use the daggerboard when motoring for better maneuverability and it is required when sailing. Using a paddle for a sailing rudder did not work for me. I made one that does not interfere or require removal with use of the motor. Sailing hardware and placement by factory is not ideal; they are not sailors; they sell few sailing rigs. I moved oarlocks aft and fabricated a removable traveller which aids greatly in sail trimming.
