The boat is fast and tracks very well. Significantly faster than a Tarpon 140 I recently paddled. It has a unique hull design in that it has a flat bottom and (according the the manual) can be stored on a flat surface which is convenient. There are sponsons that only engage in a lean or in chop, keeping the waterline width to a minimum, even for heavy paddlers (240pds). Stability is good.

Drawbacks are leaky hatches and obviously it does not turn quickly. I load it and carry it by myself but there is definately some weight to it.
