Submitted: 07-31-2006 by myylf Just got 2006 Carolina 14.5. The backrest is very uncomfortable; it doesn't support the whole back well. Experienced backpain after paddling for 2.5 hours. I could paddle whole day on my Amecica 13.5 with no such problem. I'd like to see some reviews about the backrest on 2005 Carolina, which had different design and materials.
