Good little boat, I have never really done any canoeing or kayaking but am more use to boats. We love the Kayak but have had problems keeping it in a straight line. We are going to buy a skeg to see if this sorts it out. Weight; not too bad, at least we can move it about. Seats quite comfy, I find the back a little too high for the buoyancy aid I use. Very stable and gives lots of confidence. Build quality is ok not up to 1970s Zodiac standards but then what is, not even Zodiac. The floor on our boat is of the bladder type but the material encapsulating it is not as tough as the outside, this seems to be a worry to some, but as the floor under is tough reinforced PVC I see no reason to worry. |
