Submitted: 05-01-2006 by Neises Carlisle Wooden Ottertail Laminated. Probably the best looking paddle in this price range. The only one I've seen in the typical sporting shops with the classic palm grip. The shaft 'popped' on me on its fifth time out, in the middle of a standard forward stroke. I accept partial blame, was paddling hard and fast. Would recommend these for slow relaxed paddling.
