| The North Carolina Pamlico-Tar Paddlers was created by the Pamlico-Tar River Foundation located in Washington, NC. We're a diverse group of paddlers in terms of skill level and experience. The group plans group paddles on a monthly basis, allows paddlers to meet other fellow paddlers and helps skill levels improve. We paddle safe and leave no trace!
