Shelter Island Paddler Club was formed in an effort to help increase awareness of how great the sport and hobby of paddling is, and to generate interest in paddling around the East End of Long Island, particularly Shelter Island.
The general public is welcome to join any paddling excursion that is listed on the Shelter Island web site calendar throughout the year, and must provide their own transportation and kayak/canoe. Paddling excursions are easy-going and are simply a chance to get together with fellow paddlers for a good day out on the water. You can go at your
own pace and take as long or as short a tour as you like.
